How about the Shire Horse pub or the Redhill Brewers Fayre, both at Stafford about fifty yards from each other on Spitfire Close. The Golden Orient chinese buffet restaurant is on the same site and there is also the added bonus of (well for Cherie and myself anyway) of it being opposite the Audi dealer.

Just a silly suggestion and please don't blow it out of the water before you consider it.

As we are now spending time with other local clubs, why don't we have our usual meeting as Staffs exclusive and invite other clubs to the Sunday night meeting. 'A bit of a free for all!'
